We have a strict no-return, no-refund policy on all jewelry.
Because custom and personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable. It is therefore imperative that you have seen all jewelry details described on our website before placing your order. Once your order has been submitted, we immediately begin the customization process of your personalized items. Any possible changes can only be made within maximum of 2 hours of the confirmed order.
Your order cannot be canceled once the design process has started. If you would like to cancel your order it may be subjected to a 50% restocking fee. There’s a strict policy on no return or exchange. Once your item has been made, a refund is not possible. Please note that you cannot cancel or change your purchase once we ship out your order. Returns/exchanges are accepted if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
- If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or has an error, you must contact us immediately. Grandeur Essentialz by Shan will arrange for replacement and cover the return postage.
Upon acceptance of your return, if a refund will be issued instead of an exchange, any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
The returned item should be kept in its original condition and the package in which you received in. The returned jewelry must not show signs of wear or alteration.
We will not reimburse you for any duties, customs, shipping, port charges or taxes, or any additional charges that you might have paid to your authorities. We only refund the cost of the item purchased.
We will not be held liable for the following issues:
- Items that have been resized, updated, and/or repaired do not qualify.
- Products exposed to corrosive substances, or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance of your product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, Showers, and Spas.
- Products damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
Silver pieces may oxidize over time, they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with the silver polishing cloth to return its original look.
- Any address entered incorrectly on an order and it doesn’t arrive.
- Any orders received after 60 days from the date of delivered Grandeur Essentialz by Shan reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.

Please allow 3 – 5 weeks for production and delivery on all custom items. (Subject to delay).
Due to the items being customized, they are non- returnable and non-exchangeable items.
Processing Time: The time it takes to complete your order. This includes designing, handcrafting/preparing your items, performing quality checks and packaging for shipping. Processing time is displayed on the product detail page. It will take longer for made to order personalized items due to the work involved than an engraved piece. Processing begins next business day after the order has been placed. Please see below for general processing time, to get an estimate as to when to receive your order.
Processing time differs from category to category. The time depends on how complex the custom jewelry will be and how many custom items are ahead of yours. Turnaround time for your order included processing and shipping time.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Time: this is the amount of time it will take for your order to arrive at your address AFTER it has been shipped and is dependent on the method of shipping you choose at checkout. Remember the actual shipping time may vary, depending on the shipping method you select, your address and local postal service. Please note during Christmas season there may be about 3-5 days delay on estimated shipping time. Please refer to the table below for estimated shipping time.
Shipping does not include production time.

Normal delivery time to Jamaica takes 10 – 15 business days. Then the item is shipped by your delivery method of choice.
Zipmail delivery: to your post office 2-3 business days.
Knutsford: pick up at the knutsford office, 1-2 days.
Express 5-7 days
USA & Worldwide Shipping
Normally air mail shipping time around 10-15 days.

- We do not offer overnight shipping.
- Shipping estimates are from the day of shipping and not from the date the order was placed. We are making every effort to ship your order to you within the estimated time frames,
- Your order might take longer to make, we cannot guarantee every delivery within the estimated times (about 95% of orders will arrive on time). Also, if your made-to-order personalized product fails to pass the quality test, it has to be remade; your order might be delayed. Whenever there is a delay, we will email you as soon as possible.
- Customers are responsible for lost or return orders due to incorrect shipping information or packages not collected.
