We have a strict no-return, no-refund policy on all jewelry.

Because custom and personalized products are made just for you, they are not refundable or returnable. It is therefore imperative that you have seen all jewelry detailed described on our website before placing your order. Once your order has been submitted we immediately begin the customization process of your personalized items. Any possible changes can only be made within maximum 2 hours of confirmed order.

Your order cannot be cancelled once the design process has started. If you would like to cancel your order it may be subjected to a 50% restocking fee. There’s a strict policy on no return or exchange. Once your item has been made, a refund is not possible. Please note that you cannot cancel or change your purchase once we ship out your order. Returns/Exchange are accepted if you receive a defective, damage or incorrect product.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or has an error, you must contact us immediately. Grandeur Essentialz by Shan will arrange for replacement and cover the return postage.

Upon acceptance of your return, if a refund will be issued instead of an exchange, any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item. Refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
The returned item should be kept in its original condition and package in which you received them in. The returned jewelry must not show signs of  wear or alteration.

We will not reimburse for any duties, customs, shipping, port charges or taxes or any additional charges that you might have paid to your authorities. We only refund the cost of the item purchased.

All jewelry is handmade, not mass-produced, slight variations (such as size, color etc.) are expected.

By submitting payment on our website or through other payment forms including in person payments, bank transfers, PayPal, WiPay and any other payment processing system, the client agrees to all shop policies available online.

The client’s payment is his/her/their formal agreement to the contract.

We will not be held liable for the following issues:

  • Items which have been resized, updated and/or repaired do not qualify.
  • Products exposed to corrosive substances, or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter that appearance of your product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, Showers and Spas.
  • Products damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
    Silver pieces may oxidize overtime, they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with the silver polishing cloth to return its original look.
  • Any orders received after 30 days from the date of delivery.

Grandeur Essentialz by Shan reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notifications of any changes will be published here.
